Our Mission
Within Property Management at MAB Realty our Mission is to:
Provide

quality hands-on property management services for our clients and their tenants.

Assure

that personal attention is given to every project.

Enhance

the value of the properties we represent.

Manage

every property in the interest of maximizing financial return.

MAB Realty Commercial Property Management was created in response to the needs of our owners. A well-managed property makes a significant difference in the value of that asset. We do not believe in a “cookie-cutter” approach. Each property is as unique as its owner; therefore, we tailor our services to benefit each property’s special needs.

We have successfully managed projects since 1979. Our success can be attributed to our personal style. We communicate with our owners and tenants and believe that dialogue, whether in person, on the phone, email, or through our reporting helps keep us all in sync and moving in a common direction.

Our success in dealing with tenants comes from our ability to maintain a good relationship with them, our quick responsiveness to their immediate needs, as well as our timely answers and ability to handle various situations. We treat our tenants with respect and confidentiality.

One of the keys to a successful project is good paying tenants that care about their business, facility, and project. We work on tenant retention through a combination of on-going good relations and an aggressive renewal program. New tenants are thoroughly briefed on what is expected of them and the consequences if they are unable to meet their obligations, especially when it comes to prompt rent payment. We monitor tenants’ insurance and ensure they are kept up to date. For new and renewing tenants, we handle the tenant improvements from planning stage through completion in coordination with the tenants.

Our goal is to minimize expenses while keeping the project in optimum condition. Keeping a positive relationship with our vendors is one of the ways we do this. To further track line-item expenses, we keep various reports on the project such as maintenance history and work orders. Financial reports, rent rolls, vacancy reports, and a variety of other reports are produced on a regular basis and maintained for years.

The most important success of a property management firm is its ability to successfully manage a project. This means a team of experts to handle all aspects of the property. We provide a depth of experience and knowledge by offering an Asset Manager, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Bookkeeper, Assistant Bookkeeper, Maintenance Technician, Administrative Assistants, and Receptionist to serve each property efficiently. In addition, the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Maintenance Technician are on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.
